In collaboration with the Federal Consumers Union of Côte d'Ivoire (UFC CI), the insurance mediation met Wednesday with the population of Dabou at the town hall, to raise their awareness of insurance benefits. This meeting was an opportunity for Ernest Assamoi, insurance mediator, to explain the motivations and missions of insurance meditation.

The meditation of the insurance, born from the will of associations of the insurance companies, has for first mission to facilitate the installation of amicable solutions between insurers and the consumers, the users of the insurance companies who have files outstanding in the said companies. For Ernest Assamoi, the referral to the insurance meditation in the event of a dispute, indicated the mediator, is done free of charge in writing after transmission of the file to his insurer.

The exchanges, which followed the presentation of the insurance mediator, instructed the participants in the session on the need to grasp the meditation of insurance. Awareness sessions are planned for the next few months in several other cities in the country, including Bouaké, Agboville, Korhogo, San Pedro, Abengourou.
