The Board of Directors of Atlantique Finance, a subsidiary of the BCP group, recently approved three new appointments at the level of its Top Management. To this end, two new Deputy Managing Directors have been placed under the leadership of Mr. Habib KONE, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Adnane CHMANTI is appointed Deputy CEO in charge of consulting, Financial Engineering and Structured Finance, and Mr. Tardy KOUASSIBLE becomes Deputy CEO in charge of the Capital Market.

This new configuration is part of a strategic orientation of Atlantique Finance, which wants to reposition itself in the business segment. This is to increase its performance and consolidate its position as a key player in the regional financial ecosystem.
