In order to support Togo's inclusive growth, the World Bank is providing new financial assistance of $100 million. The funding was approved last Wednesday.

The financial envelope will be granted via the International Development Association (IDA) within the framework of additional financing, explains the Togolese presidency. This grant from the Bretton Woods institution is to be used to support fiscal reforms, strengthen fiscal management and financial sustainability, and improve service delivery in the energy and water sectors.
