Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI), the Lomé-based parent company of the Ecobank Group, whose shares are listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (“NGX”), Ghana Stock, announces its Annual General Meeting for May 25, 2022 at Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

Prior to this annual meeting, the Exchange (GSE) and the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) announced an annual dividend of 0.16 US cents (0.0016 USD) per ordinary share for the financial year ending in 2021, as as declared by the ETI Board of Directors, subject to shareholder approval at the 2022 General Meeting. The dividend is payable on July 6, 2022 to shareholders whose names appear in the register of shareholders at the close markets on June 3, 2022.

A final dividend of 0.16 US cents for each common share, subject to appropriate withholding and approval, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members at the close of business on June 3. 2022.
