During a lively press conference in Abidjan-Plateau, the general manager of NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire, Léonce Yacé presented Thursday, February 24, 2022, the priority areas of his "Altitude 22-26" program.

Over the next five years, NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire has set itself five priorities through "Altitude 22-26" which will enable it to aim for a sustainable position in the "top 5" of banks in Côte d'Ivoire. The first ambition of this pan-African bank is to increase its grip on the market by capitalizing on the growth of its client portfolio. Then, said bank plans to set up a system to optimize its material resources and to prioritize the dematerialization of processes. Its third project is to ensure risk control in order to make it a performance accelerator and a protective framework.

The bank also aims to make people a driver of growth. It proposes the deployment of its bank academy and the formalization as well as the deployment of the GPEC system. And the bank's fifth ambition is to build a solid and innovative image.
