Air Liquide has just completed an excellent year by all performance criteria. The Air Liquide Board of Directors, which met on February 15, 2022, approved the audited financial statements for the 2021 financial year. The Group's 2021 revenue amounted to 23,335 million euros, like-for-like growth of +8.2%.

In 2021, the Group achieved an excellent performance, despite the persistence of the health crisis and strong inflationary pressures linked in particular to the significant rise in energy prices in the second half. The Group's published revenue increased by +13.9%. This strong sales growth in 2021 comes after a year 2020 marked by the Group's resilience in a particularly difficult health environment.

Gas & Services revenue for 2021 reached 22,267 million euros, up sharply on a comparable basis of +7.3%. Consolidated revenue for Engineering & Construction amounted to 387 million euros in 2021, a strong like-for-like increase of +55.4%. 2021 revenue for Global Markets & Technologies amounted to 681 million euros, up +17.8% on a comparable basis.
