Serge Ekué told the Head of State that the operation was taking place under the best possible conditions. "We plan to double the capital of the Bank through the structuring of a capital increase operator in which the Member States and the BCEAO will remain the reference shareholders, but with a possible entry into the capital of strategic partners rated AA or +” indicated the president of BOAD. It must be said that Benin represents 13% of the portfolio of this sub-regional bank.
