The import promotion desk (Ipd) program is opening a regional office in Abidjan. The official ceremony was held on Thursday January 27, 2022, at the Hotel Tiama, in Plateau.

In partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire (Cci-ci), the Ipd currently covers Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana with the regional office. The Ipd is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (Bmz). The Ipd project helps its partner countries to access European markets by exporting fresh tropical fruits and vegetables and natural ingredients. It also helps its partners to develop their offers of export promotion services to Europe and to establish sustainable structures.
