The postponement took place this Monday, January 24, 2022 after some formalities at the Court for the Suppression of Economic Crimes and Terrorism (CRIET).
At the opening of the trial, the defendants were called to the bar for the usual formalities. They were charged by the judge who ordered the joinder of the proceedings. The President of Céans returned after the file to February 07, 2022. According to Frissons Radio, 14 defendants were present this Monday January 24, 2022 in the room. They are six Cameroonians, six police officers, the Avotrou District Chief and the Divisional Police Commissioner, Florent Edgar Agbo. After a few minutes of discussions with the lawyers, the President of Céans decided to send the file back in two weeks, that is to say on February 7, 2022 since the investigation is continuing.
