Pursuing its objective of expanding throughout the West African region, International Drilling Company (IDC), a West African drilling company, announced on Tuesday 18 January that it has raised funds from Adiwale Partners, a private equity fund management.

IDC provides drilling services to mining majors as well as companies active in the construction and water sectors. The objective of this capital mobilization is to ensure the company's expansion and its ambition to become the leader in drilling in West Africa. This fundraising will also allow IDC to acquire new drilling machines and continue its expansion in French-speaking West Africa over the next five years. The round table was led by Enexus Finance, an independent investment bank specializing in mid-market transactions in Africa. For its part, Asafo & Co advised Adiwale on the legal aspects and Deloitte Côte d'Ivoire carried out the financial due diligence.
