As part of their anti-fraud mission, Ivorian Customs seized several thousand 12-gauge cartridges. This seizure took place on the night of Wednesday January 12 to Thursday January 13, 2022.

The mission was carried out by agents of the Korhogo Regional Customs Directorate, in particular those working at the Tarato checkpoint, a locality located between the towns of Boundiali and Korhogo. According to Customs, this fraudulent merchandise was concealed in a public transport minibus (Massa). With a view to legal proceedings, the alleged perpetrator was made available to the Police on the instructions of the Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance of Korhogo for the purpose of investigation.
