SCG-Ré has announced an injection of 5 billion CFA francs into its share capital. This operation, which allows it to reach the bar of 10 billion francs, was validated at the end of the 105th ordinary session of the Regional Insurance Control Commission (CRCA), which was held from December 13 to 18, 2021. in Yaoundé, Cameroon. It allows the company to increase its equity, while strengthening its cash flow in a context marked by the health crisis. This capital increase was carried out by incorporating reserves in the amount of 4,219,200,000 CFA francs and by cash contribution of around 780,800,000 CFA francs, thus bringing it to the regulatory minimum of 10 billion CFA francs.
