The 2021 agenda for the digital and digitization sector has not remained in the drawers. Despite the pandemic, digital and digitization have been able to rise among the most dynamic sectors in 2021.

The digital and digitization sector was active in 2021 despite the setbacks imposed by the coronavirus pandemic. Most of the projects listed in the 2021 digital and digitization agenda have taken place despite the disruptions. Thus, from the extension of high and very high speed broadband to the development of digital uses, through the continuation and acceleration of the dematerialization of formalities for obtaining certain administrative documents through the National Portal of Public Services, the strengthening of security and digital trust as well as support for businesses and young people, several projects have come to fruition under the leadership of Aurélie Adam Soulé Zoumarou, Minister of Digital and Digitization.
