The insurance brokerage specialist Afma takes control of the Ivorian firm ACR (Assureurs Conseil Réunis). Afma thus continues its development.

Created in 1989, ACR is one of the top 10 Ivorian firms and has a quality client portfolio, managed by its founder, Mamadou Kanté, Afma said in a press release. Afma claims to have the ambition to make ACR one of the leaders in insurance brokerage in Côte d'Ivoire, in particular thanks to the know-how that the Moroccan broker will bring and the commercial synergies that will be created between the two firms. This is a strategic operation for Afma, which will enable it to support its Moroccan clients in advising and managing their risks in Côte D'Ivoire, adds the broker's press release.
