In his New Year's message to the Nation, Friday, December 31, 2021, the President of the Republic, Alassane Ouattara renewed his commitment to the fight against corruption.

The fight against corruption and the promotion of good governance are among the government's priorities in 2022. “Our third priority for 2022 is good governance and the fight against corruption. After the significant progress made in all areas of the socio-economic life of our country since 2011, we must further promote the culture of good governance and transparency in the management of public affairs, for the well-being of our populations” , said Mr. Ouattara. He noted that important actions initiated in 2021 have produced convincing results, specifying that they will be continued.
