Under the leadership of the Minister of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Handicrafts and the Informal Sector, Jacqueline Lydia Mikolo, the Impulse, Guarantee and Support Fund for Very Small, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Handicrafts (Figa) signed, on December 29 in Brazzaville, agreements granting financing guarantees with six microfinance establishments.

The agreements were initialed between the director general of Figa, Armel Fridelin Mbouloukoué, and the heads of six microfinance establishments, namely Express union; Naticred; of Hope Congo sa; La Congolaise de microfinance, Mucodec and the Chardon Farell group. Indeed, the Figa, through its three pillars, namely the impulse, the guarantee and the accompaniment, in partnership with the structures of public and private, technical and financial support, is positioned as a lever for the development of the entrepreneurship. Its creation is part of the vision of providing the department with structures capable of finding solutions to two problems that hinder the growth of VSEs-SMEs, namely access to financing and advisory support.
