The Council of Ministers of Wednesday, December 22, 2021 was decisive in the fight against grazers. Thus, President Alassane Ouattara announced the release of 18 billion FCFA to support the fight in 2022.

The implementation of the National Cybersecurity Strategy is globally estimated at 18 billion CFA francs over the period 2021-2025. It is planned for this purpose, the creation of two structures to carry out this project. The Council of Ministers reveals that the strategy would be based on the establishment of an operational security center (national SOC). This center would be “able to ensure the monitoring of cybersecurity incidents in real time, the reinforcement of the protection of critical infrastructures and the integration of the administration’s key online services with a centralized electronic signature platform.” says the government statement.
