The Job and Skills Fair (SALEC) 2021, the most prestigious forum for skills supply and demand in Benin, is opening its doors. This major annual meeting, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Employment Promotion through the National Employment Agency (ANPE), was held on December 17, 2021 in Bohicon, in the department of Zu.

Thanks to the 10th edition of the National Employment Fortnight, ^SALEC was organized with thousands of opportunities offered to young people with little or no education. About fifty companies responded to the meeting with more than two thousand job offers available.

The Employment and Skills Fair is an opportunity for young graduates looking for work, to meet several companies ready to recruit, in the same space, on the same day and in a minimum of time, and to be able, without intermediary , enhance their skills and know-how to convince and be recruited by the employer companies themselves.
