As part of the 2021 edition of the National Employment Fortnight (QNE) which takes place from December 6 to 17, 2021, the Ministry of SMEs and Employment Promotion, through the National Agency for Employment (Anpe) has set up a rich program for the benefit of young people. As part of these activities, the city of Bohicon hosted this Wednesday, December 15, 2021, exchanges with employers in the department of Zou on the Azôli system for the inclusion of young people.

The meeting with the creators of wealth and employment aims to bring employers in the Zou department to seize the opportunities offered by the Youth Inclusion Project (ProDIJ) through the Azôli device so that they announce placement opportunities for young people through the expression of profile needs. Thus, the exchanges were furnished by the presentation of the employment situation in Benin, the presentation of Azôli/ProDIJ as a device for reskilling and/or retraining, the decryption of the device and the intervention strategy and the presentation of the role of business and benefits to be derived.

Indeed, the ProDIJ is part of the vision of the Government which wants to make available on the market, young Beninese with the profile of workers specialized in specialized fields of employment in line with the current and future needs of the economy. . As the beneficiaries of the project are made up of vulnerable young people aged 15 to 30 with little or no education, there are no approved training centers in the territory that can provide them with training in a retraining and/or requalification approach.
