MANSA BANK is accelerating its growth with the entry into the capital of OASIS CAPITAL VC FUND Limited. The two partners signed the agreement last week in the presence of Serge-Philippe BAILLY, CEO of MANSA BANK, and Malick OUATTARA, Partner of OASIS CAPITAL.

El-Hassana KABA, Founder CEO of MANSA BANK and Matthew Boadu ADJEI, Managing Director of OASIS CAPITAL GHANA, manager of the OASIS CAPITAL VC FUND Limited Fund, have signed an agreement relating to the entry of OASIS CAPITAL VC FUND Limited into the Capital of MANSA BANK. Thus, the fund OASIS CAPITAL VC FUND Limited becomes a shareholder of MANSA BANK up to 16.12% of the capital which now goes from CFA 12 billion to CFA 15.7 billion. It should be noted that after 18 months of activity, the size of MANSA BANK's balance sheet has continued to grow to stand today at around 170 billion FCFA. This remarkable performance in such a short time, in a highly competitive environment coupled with the context of the global health crisis, has enabled the bank to attract new investors to pursue its development ambitions.
