The termination of the commercial lease is one of the frequent cases brought before the Commercial Court of Cotonou and deserves attention. It is done now because, the third seminar on commercial justice is concerned with it. “Building quality commercial justice in our country”. This is indeed what Roland Riboux, President of the CIPB, came to underline, who noted: "this seminar is part of the continuum of improving the business climate in Benin, strengthening public-private dialogue, of our activities and actions as a think tank.
According to the president of the CIPB, “justice is an essential element for investing in a country”. Financial and technical arms of these initiatives which create favorable conditions for investment, the partners present at this seminar expressed their satisfaction with the efforts being made and wished that they be strengthened. In describing the risk environment in which banks operate, he acknowledged and welcomed the impact of the reforms that are making their job increasingly easier. Reforms that arouse the interest of partners such as France and the European Union.
