During a panel on "digital transformation in public services" recently organized by the mobile operator with the contribution of the Ivorian Ministry of Public Service and Modernization of the Administration, MTN unfolded its strategy to support public services.

The general manager of Mtn Côte d'Ivoire, Djibril Ouattara, agrees with the digital transformation taking into account a panoply of public and private services. Mtn Côte d'Ivoire reflects on the challenges and solutions of the transformation of public service in Côte d'Ivoire. Discussions mainly focused on the digital transformation process; digital transformation needs and requirements; the need for collaboration between the private and public sectors. This, within the framework of a public-private partnership (PPP) in the search for avant-garde solutions for the digitization of the public service”.
