Thus, the American rating agency gives it a “B-” rating with a stable outlook.

The American rating agency Fitch Ratings has assigned a long-term issuer default rating (IDR) of “B-” to Oragroup SA. The outlook attached to this rating is stable. The stable outlook also envisages corrective actions taken by the group to strengthen capitalization and asset quality over the next 18 to 24 months. The agency notes, however, that the rating's viability rating (VR) takes into account low asset quality, acceptable profitability and a vulnerable capital position.
