In partnership with the Women's Empowerment and Demographic Dividend in the Sahel project, Inspire Africa evokes the stories of women entrepreneurs, leaders and actors who are moving the lines for the empowerment of women.

Baba Sultan Brahim, president of the Union of Women's Groups of Mani, she is the founder of a women's group that contributes to the empowerment of women in her community and throughout Chad. Hassane Haousseize Zouera is a police commissioner, head of the division for the protection of minors and women. The Nigerien is an individual recipient of the 2021 United Nations Population Prize, which honors an individual and an institution for their outstanding contributions to population, development and reproductive health. Beninese Véronique Tognifode embodies female leadership in key areas for the emancipation of women. Thanks to microcredit, it contributes to the economic empowerment of disadvantaged people, by developing income-generating activities and by strengthening women's financial capacities, and especially their financial inclusion.
