For three days, the members of the National Committee for the Facilitation of Road Transport and Transit received training on transport and road transit facilitation instruments in the ECOWAS/UEMOA region. It was in Togo from Tuesday August 10 to Thursday August 12, 2021.

Organized by the National Facilitation Committee (CNF), this training received technical and financial support from the World Bank Group. It is part of the implementation of the project to support the competitiveness of logistics services for trade, the development objective of which is to improve the efficiency of logistics services. The overall objective is to train the members on the basic principles relating to the facilitation of road transit and trade transport and to enable them to carry out their functions and attributions within the committee. Thus, the members were equipped with the texts and regulations relating to the facilitation of inter-State road transport and transit and the provisions aimed at accelerating the administrative formalities for the release of goods in consumption and in transit and the free movement of goods. people.
