Pharmacists grouped under the National Order of Pharmacists of Benin are registered on a table comprising three (3) sections. Thus, no one can exercise the profession of Pharmacist in Benin if he is not registered on the roll of the Order.

The National Order of Pharmacists of Benin has made available the final list of pharmacists authorized to practice for the year 2021. The document signed by the President of the order, Sylvie Chantal Alladaye Padonou is established in accordance with DECREE N ° 2019 – 500 OF November 13, 2019. This is the decree on the organization and functioning of the National Order of Pharmacists of Benin and article 29 provides that “No one can practice the profession of Pharmacist in Benin if he is not registered on the roll of the Order. Any person not appearing there is thus in the illegal exercise and would fall under the blow of the law. No pharmacist can belong to more than one section of the Order at a time.''
