The Barnoin Informatique / Sinii consortium and Automobile Civil Liability Insurance in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire (Asa-ci) signed an agreement for the digitization and management of Auto certificates on Monday July 26, 2021 in Abidjan-Plateau. This contract aims to secure the generation of encrypted electronic certificate numbers with encryption of all transactions.

This project aims to put into use a digital platform (used by market companies operating in the damage branch), to centralize and offer policyholders the insurance policy certificate in electronic format while respecting the minimum rate of compulsory civil liability insurance on each contract issued by the companies. The president of the ASACI, Mamadou Koné explained that it is a question of implementing a secure server for the generation of numbers of encrypted electronic certificates with an encryption of all transactions. The components of this platform should offer elements translating the implementation of shared services, interoperability and infrastructure. This innovative project is one of the first in the area of the Inter-African Conference of Insurance Markets (CIMA). Using this tool, we will know in a practical way whether or not you are insured in the event of a claim. One of the major elements of this platform is that it serves as a tool for monitoring civil liability which is a mandatory tariff.
