This agreement enshrines the implementation of a mechanism intended to facilitate access by SMEs to financing offered by Versus Bank at the best market conditions and which must be counter-guaranteed by Fagace.
The managing director of the financial institution, Versus Bank, inspired by the English model, a state-owned corporate citizen, involved in the economic and social life of his country and which promotes private initiative with exceptional performances achieved in during fiscal year 2020 was in the capital of Benin in Cotonou as part of the signing of a framework partnership agreement. This agreement is part of the financing of SMEs/SMIs in Côte d'Ivoire. Thus, in collaboration with Fagace, Versus Bank will implement a mechanism to facilitate access to financing for SMEs/SMIs. The African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund, it should be recalled, is an International Financial Institution specializing in the promotion of public and private investments. It was created on February 10, 1977 in Kigali, Rwanda. With a share capital of 10 billion FCFA and a leader in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with more than 75% of its loans to this category of companies and its 150 employees, Versus Bank is committed to creating value for all and co-build with its customers a lasting relationship of trust.
