According to Mamadou Koné, the action plan will be structured around four major axes. Namely working at the market level. “Insurance companies suffer from negative public perception. We are working to improve this perception through the diligent settlement of claims. But above all the quality of the regulations,” he promised. According to the president of ASACI, the resolution of this axis will thus create new growth drivers for the insurance sector. Because the Ivorian insurance market represents the largest market in the CIMA space with a penetration rate of 3%. The third axis will consist in ensuring that ICTs can contribute to the development of insurance. For the proper implementation of this program, Mamadou Koné said he wanted to count on the support of the regulator to explore the pockets that remain untapped in the insurance sector. The president of ASACI also said his team's commitment to strengthening order and discipline within his organization because, he says, “everything must be done to make the regulator give more credit to actors.” Note that insurance, in its operating principle in Côte d'Ivoire, positively influences determinants, thus contributing to economic growth. Assahoré Konan Jacques said the availability of his services to work in line with the projects already open, but also the innovations contained in the new office's portfolio.
