According to Ismaël FANNY, Deputy Executive Director of the APBEF-CI, the issue of personal data protection has become a major subject for all persons governed by private law and in particular for banking and financial institutions that process the personal data of their customers, employees and suppliers. The management of this data highlights new issues related to the collection, processing, preservation, storage and destruction of traces left by any user of a digital device.
