The National Investment Bank (BNI) contacted the consulting firm PDCP, which supports it in its compliance process. It was this Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the headquarters of the financial institution in Abidjan-Plateau

The consulting firm PDCP accompanies the BNI in its process of complying with the law on the protection of personal data (training, situation audit, request for a single authorization to process). The firm, headed by Damessi Martial, its director of operations, officially presented the authorization issued by the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI) to BNI officials.
Indeed, with the support of this firm, on 17 March 2021, BNI obtained decision No. 2020-0624 authorizing the processing of personal data. Obtaining this decision once again marks the financial institution's commitment to complying with the laws and strengthening its public confidence in the processing of their personal data.
