.The subsidiary in Côte d'Ivoire of the French group Bolloré Transport & Logistics has decided to distribute a global dividend of 5.4 billion FCFA for its 2020 financial year. For each share, this will be 90 FCFA in remuneration and this is the lowest dividend since 2016, according to data consulted by the Ecofin Agency
on this company.Note that its net profit, which reached 13.4 billion FCFA, is the highest in the last 5 years, as is its increase in annual comparison (+43.4%). Sales rose to 84.2 billion FCFA, but experienced its biggest drop (-4.4%) since 2015. In this context, its gross operating surplus fell compared to 2019. The increase in its positive margin is attributable to the lower accumulation of provisions and amortization, and to increased financial income, which reached 12.1
billion FCFA.
