As part of the project, Farm and cooperative investment program (FCIP), the Dutch NGO IDH and the Coffee-Cocoa Council have initiated a training course dedicated to managers of cooperative coffee-cocoa societies in the Lôh-Djiboua region. The workshop took place from Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 April 2021, in Divo

22 managers of 11 cooperative societies have been trained in better administrative and financial management of their companies, in order to professionalize actors in the sector, facilitate access to finance and secure transactions.
The partner banking institution, through the electronic solution, offers the security of transaction flows, so that, in the long term, we can reduce the risks inherent in physical transfers of amounts, thus guaranteeing better traceability of the various transactions with banks. Cooperative managers were encouraged to sensitize their members to open bank accounts and e-money accounts with telephone companies, to facilitate the operationalization of this part of the project
