Established in 31 countries, including 20 in Africa, the first Moroccan bank to settle in the sub-Saharan African market, Bank Of Africa aims to become a leading bank on the continent and to strengthen its international operations.

Driven by the international vocation of the Group, BOA's activities developed first in Europe, then in Africa and finally in China. Its vision and commitment to the economic development of the African continent are widely present in the Strategic Development Plan (PSD) adopted for the period 2019-2021. Among its ambitions for the African continent, BOA Group plans to operate a strategic commercial shift by directing its financing more towards the market of small and medium-sized enterprises. “This strategy is accompanied by the strengthening of risk management control tools. Similarly, BOA Group seeks to strengthen commercial synergies with all of the Group's entities and to develop multi-channel through innovative digital solutions.
Committed to promoting youth entrepreneurship, Bank Of Africa awarded 46 young entrepreneurs as part of its innovative African Entrepreneurship Award program. The winners shared $4 million and were mentored by 500 renowned experts. They were able to multiply their income by 5, the number of their customers by 8 (264,000) and their workforce by 10 (2,300).
