The NSIA Group, leader in the bank-insurance sector in West and Central Africa, announces good prospects for the year 2020 and thus continues the upward trend achieved in 2019. Indeed, the 2019 annual results show a strong increase in performance over this period.

The NSIA Group posted sales of 258,919 million FCFA in 2019, up from 256,790 million FCFA in 2018. The group's performance during 2019 is reflected in the strong increase in its net income, from a loss of 366 million FCFA in 2018 to a profit of 15,032 million FCFA in 2019. The two divisions of the NSIA Group thus both experienced a sharp increase in their net income in 2019: +7,487 million FCFA for the insurance division and +6,139 million FCFA for the

banking division.

2019 was a year of financial consolidation for the NSIA Group with an increase in the holding's share capital of 30 billion FCFA, as well as a 9% increase in its total balance sheet to 1,654,034 million FCFA, thus strengthening its financial credibility in the eyes of investors and rating agencies.
