The Finance: Ethics & Trust Prize is a competition that encourages awareness of ethical aspects in financial activities. It is organized every two years by the Observatoire de la Finance, based in Switzerland. The Francophone Chapter is organized for the second time this year by ESBanque.
“The process of raising awareness of ethics in banking establishments is an important issue for L'École supérieure de la banque. It is this observation that has led us to develop dedicated training courses, and to participate actively in this Prize, which has met with great success for 15 years among young professionals and researchers. says Eric Depond, Managing Director of L'Ecole Supérieure de la Banque.
Application before April 9, 2021
The French-speaking Chapter of the competition is aimed at all banking professionals and all researchers aged under 35, nationals of French-speaking countries. They are invited to submit texts of 5,000 words maximum, in French, not yet published, and relating to trust and ethics in finance. These texts must include analyzes or proposals, rigorous arguments, innovative theses and clear conclusions.
Candidates can respond to this call for applications directly from the website www.esbanque.fr and send their contribution before April 9, 2021.
A jury of 10 French-speaking financial ethics professionals will select the best writings of the French-speaking Chapter. These winners will compete for the Global Prize organized at the end of 2021, and will thus be able to share a reward of an amount equivalent to €17,000 awarded by the Observatoire de la Finance.
