William Kadouch-Chassaing,

Chief Financial Officer of the Societe Generale group since May 2018, is appointed

deputy general manager in charge of finance.

A graduate of the Sorbonne and the Paris Institute of Political Studies , normalien, he began his career in university teaching and the civil service. He joined JP Morgan in 1996 as an economist and strategist, before joining the mergers and acquisitions department in 1998. Within the Technologies, Media and Telecommunications group in London from 2000, he was notably in charge of covering media groups in Europe. In October 2007, William Kadouch-Chassaing joined Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking as senior banker. He was appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Group Strategy Director in April 2013.

In 1994, he joined Johnson & Johnson as industrial management controller then financial controller of J&J Consumer France. In 2002, he became Vice President, Chief Financial and Legal Officer Europe of Graham Packaging . Six years later, he joined Daher as administrative and financial director of Daher Aerospace then Daher International. Since 2016, he has held the position of General Secretary of Cipelia.

Nicolas Namias

is promoted

General manager

from Natixis. He succeeds François Riahi. A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies , Essec, the Stanford Graduate School of Business (executive program) and the National School of Administration, Nicolas Namias began his career in 2004 as general manager of the Treasury of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In 2008, he joined the BPCE group in the financial department and then became director of commercial banking and insurance management. In 2012, he was appointed technical adviser to the Prime Minister for the financing of the economy, companies and international economic affairs. Nicolas Namias returned to Groupe BPCE in 2014 and became Strategy Director of Natixis, member of the Executive Committee. In this capacity, he notably coordinates all external growth operations as well as the definition of the 2017-2020 strategic plan. In 2017, he was appointed Finance and Strategy Director and member of the General Management Committee of Natixis . Nicolas Namias has also been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crédit Foncier since August 2019.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Global Banking and Investor Solutions activities worldwide

at Societe Generale . A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies , he began his career in 1996 at the general inspection of Société Générale . In 1999, he left the group to found and manage an Internet start-up specializing in the field of e-finance in Eastern Europe. He joined Societe Generale again in 2002 and resumed his duties within the General Inspection to be appointed in 2005 to the management committee of this department. In 2007, he was promoted to Chief of Staff at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking. In 2009, he became head of strategy and development, and head of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In January 2012, he was appointed Deputy Director of Fundraising Activities. Since 2016, Slawomir Krupa has been Managing Director of Societe Generale Americas in charge of wholesale banking and investor solutions for the region.

Philippe Aymerich,

Deputy Chief Executive Officer currently in charge, in particular, of retail banking activities in France, sees his supervision extended to

all international retail banking and consumer credit activities.

A graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), he spent most of his career at Société Générale . In 1987, he joined the general inspection of the group. In 1997, he joined Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking as Deputy Managing Director of SG Spain in Madrid. He then worked from 1999 to 2004 in New York as Deputy Chief Operating Officer and then, from 2000, as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas region of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking. In 2004, he became director of the automotive, chemicals and capital goods division within the Corporate & Institutions department. In December 2006, he was appointed Deputy Chief Risk Officer of the Societe Generale group. Philippe Aymerich was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit du Nord in January 2012.

Diony Lebot,

Deputy Chief Executive Officer, is entrusted, in addition to her current functions of risk and compliance supervision, with internal control and sponsor of Societe Generale 's social and environmental responsibility,

supervision of financial services and insurance activities

of the group. Holder of a DESS in finance and taxation from the University of Paris-I, Diony Lebot joined Societe Generale in 1986. She first held several positions there within the structured finance activities, the financial engineering department and then as director asset financing. In 2004, she joined the corporate client relations department as European commercial director within the large companies and financial institutions division. In 2007, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Americas. In 2012, she became deputy director of the client relations and investment banking division and head of the Western Europe region of wholesale banking and investor solutions. In March 2015, Diony Lebot was appointed Deputy Director of Risks then, in July 2016, Director of Risks of the Société Générale group.
