A master's degree specializing in air transport management was launched on Monday July 8 in Côte d'Ivoire. This master is the result of a partnership between the National Polytechnic Institute Félix Houphouët-Boigny, the National School of Aviation of Toulouse and Airbus Group.
This one-and-a-half-year course aims to build the capacity of managers with operational responsibilities in the management of an airline company.
For the very first promotion, 25 agents from Air Côte d'Ivoire, 3 from the Airport, Aeronautical and Meteorological Exploitation and Development Company (Sodexam) and 2 from the National Civil Aviation Authority of Côte d'Ivoire , will benefit from this training.
Training entirely provided in English by one of qualified teachers and professionals in the aeronautical field, of international renown, according to the initiators.

The first promotion of Masters specialized in air transport management at the INPHB in Abidjan


This specialized master in transport management, soon to be open to the public, is part of the cooperation agreement signed between the State of Côte d'Ivoire and the company Airbus on June 15, 2018.
Airbus and ENAC thus intend to support Côte d'Ivoire on a long-term project in the training of civil aviation personnel, to promote the transfer of skills and support initiatives for sustainable development operations in the Ivorian civil aviation.
For the State of Côte d'Ivoire, the objective is to achieve the creation of a Training Center for Aeronautical Professions at the INPHB and to make Yamoussoukro an aeronautical center of excellence with a regional dimension. .
This with a view to providing a response to the difficulties faced by African airlines, namely the narrowness of demand, high production cost, under-capitalization, difficulty in finding financing, shortage of pilots and aircraft technicians. etc
