The workshop will focus on building the national capacity of South Sudanese companies in the oil value chain, and training executives for securing contracts in the booming local oil and gas sector.

South Sudan is producing 195,000 bpd, a huge jump from post-independence levels, mainly due to government efforts to maintain peace and stability and restore production on damaged fields.
