According to the Prime Minister, to prepare Côte d'Ivoire to face new development challenges, President Alassane Ouattara instructed in 2018, the National Economic Policy Committee (CNPE) to make an uncompromising diagnosis of economic policy. and social development of Côte d'Ivoire to establish an objective, realistic and pragmatic map in order to propose to the country the strategic actions to be carried out for the next 10 years. Thus, the "vision 2030" program makes it possible to anticipate the main major challenges that Côte d'Ivoire will have to face and which can be summed up in two points, in particular the limits of the development model and the role of the State-Administration. and the long-term sustainability of a public investment policy, in the context of maintaining macro-economic stability and major balances.

He also shared with the administrators of the World Bank Group, the wish of President Alassane OUATTARA, to establish new relations of cooperation, based on support and assistance to the local private sector in order to make it the link on the strength of the forthcoming economic growth of the States of the sub-region in general and of Côte d'Ivoire in particular.
