The Cameroonian State wants to finalize the sale of 81% of the capital of Commercial Bank Cameroon. Thus, a call for expressions of interest has been launched to recruit a consultant who will assist the State in the process of finalizing the restructuring.

The CBC is now offered to private investors, to any strategic partner to use the expression consecrated by the Ministry of Finance of Cameroon. The State is looking for advice to support it and is considering listing on the Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC). Indeed, when the bank experienced difficulties at the end of 2012, the State injected 12 billion FCFA into it. The advice sought is to provide assistance on the process of implementing the disengagement clause contained in the CBC's restructuring plan.
