AfDB financing will enable the creation and operationalization of a digital platform to automate the management of public offering operations for the regional financial market. Thus, it is intended to modernize the infrastructure of the regional financial market. It should be noted that this donation will come from the Capital Markets Development Trust Fund, a multi-donor fund administered by the AfDB.
