For its part, the composite index (general stock market index) rose by 0.12% to 204.18 points against 203.93 points previously. The market capitalization of the equity market increased by 11.213 billion FCFA, standing at 6146.304 billion FCFA against 6135.091 billion FCFA the previous day. That of the bond market is also up by 9.9 billion FCFA to 7234.219 billion FCFA against 7224.319 billion FCFA at the end of the trading session of Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

The Top 5 of the strongest price increases are respectively occupied by the shares Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.10% to 830 FCFA), Total Côte d'Ivoire (up 6.70% to 2,150 FCFA), Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.59% at 890 FCFA), Sicable Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.48% at 1,150 FCFA) and ETI Togo (plus 4.00% at 26 FCFA). Flop 5 of the biggest price declines is respectively occupied by Sicor Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.44% at 5,350 FCFA), Compagnie Ivoirienne d'Electricité (minus 5.26% at 1,800 FCFA), BOA Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.01% to 5,500 FCFA), NSIA Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.33% to 5,800 FCFA) and BOA Mali (minus 2.27% to 1,290 FCFA).
