The Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) recorded a nice upturn at the end of the trading session on Wednesday 22.

The market capitalization of the equity market fell from 5864.281 billion FCFA on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 to 5968.636 billion FCFA at the end of the trading session on Wednesday, December 22. As for the capitalization of the bond market, it recorded a drop of 13.744 billion to 7228.385 billion FCFA against 7242.129 billion FCFA previously. The BRVM 10 index rose by 2.01% to 150.00 points against 147.04 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Composite index rose by 1.78% to 198.40 points against 194.93 points previously. The total value of transactions stood at 6.793 billion FCFA against 5.659 billion FCFA the day before.

The TOP 5 of the strongest price increases are respectively occupied by BOA Côte d'Ivoire, Crown SIEM Côte d'Ivoire, Total Côte d'Ivoire, Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire and SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire. Flop 5 of the biggest price declines is respectively occupied by the shares NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire, Société Ivoirienne de Banque, BOA Benin, Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire and BOA Senegal.
