European equity markets are expected to attempt a rebound after their decline on Monday. The Eurostoxx 50 opens at 4,107.13 points (-1.30%), the CAC 40 at 6,870.10 points (-0.82%), the DAX 40 at 15,239.67 points (-1.88% ), the FTSE 100 at 7,198.03 points (-0.99%), the SMI at 12,589.89 points (-0.99%), the AEX at 763.03 points (-1.12%), the BEL 20 at 4,162.44 points (-0.21%), IBEX 35 at 8,242.40 points (-0.83%), DJIA at 34,932.16 points (-1.23%), Nasdaq at 14,980.94 points (-1.24%), the S&P 500 at 4,568.02 points (-1.14%) and the Nikkei 225 at 28,517.59 points (+2.08%).

The Bolloré Group conglomerate announced on Monday evening that it had received an offer from the maritime carrier MSC for the acquisition of its subsidiary Bolloré Africa Logistics for an amount of 5.7 billion euros, debt included.
