At the end of the trading session of this Thursday, December 2, 2021, the total value of transactions on the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) recorded a strong increase of 2.267 billion FCFA.

Transactions went from 566.368 million FCFA the day before to 2.833 billion FCFA this Thursday, December 2, 2021. For its part, the market capitalization of the equity market stood at 5937.391 billion FCFA against 5934.651 billion of FCFA the day before, an increase of 2.74 billion FCFA. That of the bond market also recorded an increase of 275 million FCFA to 7100.852 billion FCFA against 7100.577 billion FCFA the day before.

As for the indices, we note a contrasting situation. The BRVM 10 index (index of 10 leading stocks) thus lost 0.13% to 150.76 points against 150.95 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Composite index (general stock market index) gained 0.05% to 197.36 points against 197.27 points the day before. The TOP 5 of the strongest price increases are respectively occupied by the shares SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.27% to 590 FCFA), CFAO Côte d'Ivoire (up 5.77% to 1,375 FCFA), SAPH Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.78% to 5,370 FCFA), BOA Benin (plus 2.73% to 5,650 FCFA) and Sicor Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.11% to 4,350 FCFA).

Flop 5 of the biggest price declines is respectively occupied by Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.03% at 850 FCFA), Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.50% at 10,705 FCFA), SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.45% at 700 FCFA), Crown SIEM Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.94% at 660 FCFA) and SOGB Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.64% at 5,160 FCFA).
