Senegal was on the regional government securities market of the West African Economic Monetary Union (UEMOA) last Friday. The country won 55 billion FCFA of assimilable Treasury bonds.

The Senegalese Ministry of Finance and Budget has announced that its General Directorate of Public Accounting and Treasury has raised 55 billion FCFA. This fundraising was done at the end of an issue by auction of similar Treasury bonds with a maturity of three years and an amount of fifty billion FCFA. These OATs relate to an amount of 55 billion CFA francs over a maturity of 3 years, indicates the direction of public accounting and the treasury which carried out this intervention "with the collaboration of the Uemoa-Titres Agency and the Bceao". . The services of Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo to indicate that "out of the tenders received out of 135.1 billion correspond to a coverage rate of 270%, an amount of 55 billion CFA francs was retained with a weighted average yield of 3, 59%”.
