Cameroonian Louis Banga-Ntolo now heads the Central African Stock Exchange. Its mission is to establish the visibility and credibility of the stock market.

On October 25, the board of directors of the Central African Securities Exchange (BVMAC), chaired by Henri-Claude Oyima, selected the head of Societe Generale Capital Securities Central Africa to lead the unified regional stock exchange. Tasked by the Governor of the Beac, Abbas Mahamat Tolli, with evaluating the 16 initial applicants, the French recruitment firm Morgan Philips selected a trio which included Louis Banga-Ntolo, his compatriot Simplot Kwenda, founder of the Money Links consultant, and the Chadian Habib Doutoum Mahamat Nassour, executive of the Beac. After hearing the appointments and remuneration committee of the BVMAC, the competence and knowledge of the local financial market earned Louis Banga-Ntolo his new position. The said committee was chaired by Alain Olivier Mekulu Mvondo, the head of the National Social Insurance Fund (CNPS) of Cameroon.
