Côte d'Ivoire won, on October 26, 2021, 49 billion FCFA in support and resilience bonds at the level of the financial market of the West African Monetary Union (WAMU). The issue of support and resilience bonds aims to enable the issuer to mobilize the savings of natural and legal persons.

At the end of its issue of assimilable Treasury bonds (BAT) called "support and resilience bonds" with a maturity of 364 days, organized in partnership with UMOA-Titres based in Dakar, the State of Côte d'Ivoire raised an amount of 49 billion FCFA. These funds will make it possible on the one hand to cover the necessary cash needs, to support the economic recovery efforts of the States, so that they find the growth trajectory before the health crisis of Covid-19 and on the other hand to the resilience in the changes of budgetary orientation taken by the States, in the face of the adverse and unusual shocks that their economies are facing.
