Global Investor Week for Financial Education, Investor Protection and Financial Inclusion is supported by the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) which rings its bell at the opening of the trading day on Tuesday October 05, 2021.

Like other stock exchanges around the world, the BRVM has joined the "RING THE BELL FOR FINANCIAL LITERACY" initiative as part of World Investor Week (WIW 2021). This initiative of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) and the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO – IOSCO) is a week-long global campaign aimed at raising awareness of the importance of financial education, investor protection and financial inclusion by ringing the stock exchange bells. The BRVM thus marks its full support and commitment to promoting financial education, investor protection and financial inclusion in our Union. For this year 2021, 78 scholarships, a record, organize ceremonies, workshops and virtual events.
